FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We know how often questions can come up and we’re ready to answer all of them. If there’s something we missed please reach out and one of our team members will be happy to help.
1. Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we do. All of our units are supplied fully assembled for local delivery within Cape Town and surrounding areas. We also run monthly deliveries to George, where units are fully assembled.
Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout for all areas in Cape Town and George. Nationwide delivery will be quoted on upon request.
2. Do you offer deliver nationwide?
Yes, we do. We make use of a courier company and each delivery is quoted separately. Learn more here.
3. What is the lead time on orders?
We aim for a lead time of approximately 3 weeks. While we always do our best to work within this timeframe, there may occasionally be delays due to factors such as high demand or other unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen, we will communicate any changes with you as soon as possible.
4. Do you have a showroom we can visit?
We do have a few of our popular items set up on display and there are always units currently in production, giving you a good idea of how our pieces look and the quality of our workmanship. You’re welcome to pop by anytime (no appointment required). Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:30.
5. Are your products supplied in a flat pack?
All of our units are delivered fully assembled. We’ve recently partnered with a courier service that enables us to deliver nationwide in assembled form. In some cases, certain units may be partially disassembled for transit to ensure they are well protected during shipping. We handle our own deliveries within Cape Town and the Garden Route.
6. Do you do custom requests?
Yes we do. Let us know what you are looking for and we will work with you to create your perfect design. Read more about this here.
7. Do you only build units in white?
No, we have a variety of colours that you can chose from. These are quoted separately. See some of the colours available here.
