We know how often questions can come up and we’re ready to answer all of them. If there’s something we missed please reach out and one of our team members will be happy to help.
1. Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we do. All of our units are supplied fully assembled for local delivery within Cape Town and surrounding areas. We also run monthly deliveries to George, where units are fully assembled.
Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout for all areas in Cape Town and George. Nationwide delivery will be quoted on upon request.
2. Do you offer deliver nationwide?
Yes, we do. We make use of a courier company and each delivery is quoted separately. Learn more here.
3. What is the lead time on orders?
It is approximately 2-3 weeks.
4. Do you have a showroom we can visit?
No, we don't. All of our items are made to order. You are more than welcome to pop around (by appointment only) to see the quality of our work and to discuss any specific requirements you may have.
5. Are your products supplied in a flat pack?
All of our units are fully assembled for local delivery within Cape Town and George. Please note that certain high-risk areas within Cape Town will be delivered in flat pack form, as we make use of third-party couriers for deliveries to these locations. For nationwide delivery, units are supplied in a flat pack option to ensure more cost-effective and secure shipping rates.
6. Do you do custom requests?
Yes we do. Let us know what you are looking for and we will work with you to create your perfect design. Our custom units are fully assembled for local delivery (Cape Town and George). For nationwide shipping we will supply your custom unit in a flat pack option. Read more about this here.
7. Do you only build units in white?
No, we have a variety of colours that you can chose from. These are quoted separately. See some of the colours available here.
