You can order directly through our online store or contact us for a custom quotation if you'd like to modify an existing design or create something completely unique.
2. Do you make custom furniture?
Yes! Custom furniture is what we do best. Whether you'd like to change dimensions, colours, drawer configurations or create an entirely new design, we'd love to help.
3. Can I customise the size of your furniture?
Absolutely. Most of our furniture can be made to suit your space and requirements.
4. Can I choose different colours?
Yes. We offer a wide range of modern colour options and finishes to complement your home and personal style.
5. Can you match a design I've seen online?
Yes. Send us a Pinterest image, sketch or inspiration photo and we'll let you know what's possible.
6. When should I order my nursery furniture?
We recommend placing your order between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy. This gives us enough time to carefully manufacture your furniture, complete quality checks and arrange delivery well before your little one arrives.
Because all of our nursery furniture is made to order, production times can vary depending on demand. We often experience an increase in orders throughout the year, so ordering early helps avoid disappointment.

7. What furniture do you make?
We manufacture nursery furniture, chest of drawers, cube storage, bedside tables, TV units, desks, cupboards, shelving, bookcases, home office furniture and much more.
8. Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every piece is made especially for you once your order is confirmed, ensuring it meets our quality standards.
9. Can I order matching furniture?
Yes. We can create matching furniture sets for bedrooms, nurseries, living areas and home offices.
Delivery
10. Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes. We proudly offer nationwide furniture delivery across South Africa.
11. Do you deliver fully assembled?
Yes. Customers in Cape Town receive fully assembled furniture. We've also partnered with a trusted nationwide courier that delivers fully assembled furniture to many major city centres across South Africa. Furniture destined for outlying areas may be supplied flat packed to keep delivery costs affordable while ensuring safe transport.
12. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on your location, the size of your order and the products you've selected. Contact us for a personalised delivery quotation.
13. How long does delivery take?
Once your furniture has been completed, delivery is arranged as quickly as possible. Transit times vary depending on your location within South Africa.
14. Can I collect my order?
Yes. You're welcome to collect your order from our workshop in Milnerton, Cape Town by prior arrangement.
15. Do you assemble the furniture?
Furniture delivered within Cape Town and many major city centres is delivered fully assembled. For selected deliveries to outlying areas, furniture is supplied flat packed with easy-to-follow assembly instructions.
Manufacturing
16. What is your lead time?
Our average manufacturing lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks, although this may vary during busy periods. For custom orders we work on a 4 - 5 week turnaround time but do you keep you posted as we progress.
17. Where is your furniture made?
All Wood Marvels furniture is proudly designed and manufactured at our workshop in Milnerton, Cape Town.
18. Do you keep stock?
Some popular items may be available immediately, but most of our furniture is custom made to order.
Payments
19. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, major debit and credit cards, as well as Payflex for eligible purchases.
20. Can I pay with Payflex?
Yes. Eligible products can be purchased using Payflex, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over time.
Showroom
21. Do you have a showroom?
Yes. Visit our showroom and workshop in Milnerton, Cape Town to view our furniture, discuss custom designs and see the quality of our workmanship. No appointment is necessary during business hours.
22. What are your trading hours?
Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
Saturday: 09:00 – 12:30
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Warranty & Care
23. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we'll gladly assist.
24. What happens if my furniture is damaged during delivery?
If your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and include photographs of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
25. How do I care for my furniture?
Clean your furniture using a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Yes. We design and manufacture custom built-in cupboards and storage solutions for homes and businesses.
